As President of Carrera of America, Rick oversaw a $100 million portfolio of collectible slot cars and RC vehicles. He achieved a 126% increase in e-commerce sales, restructured company logistics, improved profit margins, and lowered operational costs while expanding key partnerships with Walmart, Sam’s Club, Target, and Amazon.

Rick founded Radiate (R88), a sales and marketing consultancy, advising executive teams across industries on brand identity and long-term business strategies.
As Co-Founder, Rick led Shelcore Toys, a vertical, $80 million global toy manufacturer. He expanded its distribution to 67 international markets and secured major licensing agreements with Disney, Nickelodeon, and WWE. In 2006, he successfully sold the company to Matrix Holdings Group.
